Infested with roaches!!!!

I moved to Rivertree apartments at the end of July 2021. The first day we were there we noticed roaches and notified property management immediately. We requested to have the apartment fumigated in August. It took Rivertree Apartments 9 months to finally accommodate our request and have the unit fumigated. Throughout the nine months of requesting proper treatment they did have exterminators come spray the apartment which did nothing because the infestation was so extensive. After fumigating, a ...
few weeks later the roaches came back because they only treated our, apartment instead of treating the entire building. It got to so bad that we had to break our lease because we were uncomfortable living in our own home. There were multiple times, including daytime hours, that we had roaches crawling on our dining room table while eating dinner and crawling across our lap while sitting on our couch. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! We were not the only ones experiencing this problem. Multiple other neighbors complained about their apartments being infested with roaches. A young mother that moved across from us had to break her lease shortly after moving in because her apartment was unlivable. We contacted the Board of Health and considered taking legal action because the issue was so bad but decided we did not want the headache and just wanted to leave. Now that we are gone we are still dealing with the after affects of living in an infested apartment. We've found roaches in our new home that came with us during the move. We've spend thousands of dollars breaking our lease, having to up and move unexpectedly, replace our furniture and treat our new home to prevent another infestation. On top of all this, we are still waiting on receiving our refund for the security deposit even though we moved out 3 months ago. Office staff does not return a phone call. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Not as nice as it looks. Maintenance is a joke when things break don’t hear from them for weeks. The management office could care less. The amenities are a joke. The sole call gym only one treadmill works and the pool it’s ok in the weekdays. Weekends looks like a public pool. No one picks up after their dogs and it smells like sh*t most of the time. The garbage disposal there is garbage all over the place rats and raccoons running around at night. Don’t ...

My experience in moving into River Tree apartments has been nothing but exceptional. Alfred has been amazing and super helpful. He was honest and friendly and did everything he said he would do. I love the community. We moved to Florida for work. I though it would be hard moving to another state, but Alfred made it easy. I highly recommend River Tree Apartments.

Hope nothing breaks

Maintenance here is a joke. They are only concerned with flipping the apartments because the turnover rate is so high. I hate this place. I’ve been here for four months and am counting down until my lease is up.

Nice place.

Moved here a year ago just signed my second year. Nice and quite good neighbors pool grill they give out breakfast in the mornings sometimes bring food vendors in..... amazing staff here as well including maintenance! I moved down from Illinois to Florida and this is the best most affordable place I could’ve chose.

How pleasant my visit was !!

I came to visit your apartments on Saturday, October 1 st and the office was very busy, but Charlene was very nice & took the time to look up the availability & also help w/other site that might be able to help locate an apt. I had a very nice feeling upon leaving to have such a present lady help me... even though no apts were available , Charlene made me feel that I really want to live there & I will keep trying & refer my friends to your apts. I don't like to give bad reviews but.... I have lived in this complex under 2 different managements. The first was ok then my Mother moved here and we moved to a larger apt 2 bed 2bath with a split plan and an attached garage, which is extremely helpful with my Mom. She has a terminal illness. Loving the new apt has'nt made the fact that since we moved there have been numerous times the AC has been out. Today we are on the 9th day and this is not the first time. I believe we have had AC ...
outages half the time we've lived here. They have brought in a free standing AC unit but 're bedrooms are still hot. My Mom is 87 and I am 65 and still working until Mom needs me more. we don't want to move

My wife and I have lived in our apartment here for a little over a year. We have found the staff and administration to be prompt, professional and efficient. There are somethings that could be better maintained (gate, grounds, etc.). Overall, our apartment is affordable, safe and comfortable. Couldn't ask for much more in a home.
