The Blue Tarp Apartments

Poor maintenece /poor management/lousy ownership based in CALIFORNIA . The blue tarp is in reference all the tarp covering our roofs. I've had a hole in my ceiling for 2years;have lived here 9yrs.Rent at your own risk.
