Frustrated
February 10, 2021I have Lived here for over 3 years now the manager is not responsive to any maintenance issues. My heat is not functioning correctly since October it is now February it's cold! Riviera management and maintenance seems not very concerned. Very frustrating I will be moving. I would not recommend living here.Review from Apartments.com
Bedbug issue in building
November 1, 2020We've been telling the property manager we suspect that a neighbor has bedbugs. We told him and he sent an externinator to inspect and the exterminator confirmed that it was from a connected apartment. We were offered treatments so traveler bedbugs didn't get into our apartment from the infested apartment, and the properly manager hasn't scheduled it or given us updates and its been a good while. August 1, 2015Very nice and comfortable living apartments.! Quiet neighborhood and wonderful area for children. Next to the river close to a few resturants. Not very far from west toledo . The apartment sizes are reasonable and spacious very nice with balcony. Comes with a nice sized kitchen and parking lot.Review from Apartments.com
