The MacGregor Apartments
September 17, 2015It is right in the heart of Houston, tx. The medical center is less than 5 miles away. Houston's Tsu and U of H campus's are a train ride away. This complex is sitting in front of MacGregor Bayou. Beautiful scenery. It is peaceful and quiet.Review from Apartments.com
Cheap, but you get what you pay for
August 3, 2015Full disclosure, I live here because it's cheap. Electrical is bad and I regularly have to reset the breaker from normal use. Heater is scary and doesn't look like it's been properly inspected in who knows how long. Management is less than responsive, though the leasing agent is a delight. Parking is always tight. Neighbors are pretty pleasant for the most part, though. Very pet friendly. The entrance gets flooded in when the bayou gets way up, but complex is high enough that it would have to be ...really high before it floods.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
