USED to be nice! Not sure what happened but now it's the worst place I've ever lived. We had a vehicle stolen AND a tenant slash my tires. Office OFFERED to move us to another building if we stayed only to call us the day before our lease was up to say "No, we're not moving you". The LOUDEST people in the New Orleans area live here and will only get louder when you ask them to be quiet. Office will do NOTHING about noise complaints. They don't care about anything but getting their ...

money.....save yourself a lot of headaches by NEVER moving here!

Rented all my life. First place that renovated the buildings beyond belief. All buildings received new siding, new paved parking areas and walkways, beautiful natural landscaping, etc. Superb maintenance 24/7. It's impossible to say enough. A picture-perfect apartment building complex, a block square. Great neighbors. Wonderful administrative and maintenance personnel. Can't say enough.

My apartment is great and the price is very affordable the maintenance staff is always on hand when you need them to fix any prob the property is well
