this is the worst apartment i have ever stayed in. i came home from work with a leak in my ceiling to my whole ceiling fan filled with water. i put in a maintenance request and the guy that came yelled at me and said it wasn’t his problem to fix. TWO weeks go by before anyone comes to my apartment and when they do they take the ceiling fan and drill three new holes into the ceiling. it takes them TWO MONTHS to repair my ceiling fan and no accommodations were made at all. not to mention the gates ...
never work and homeless people are coming into the apartments but they said “it’s not their security problem.” If that isn’t bad enough the AC barely works, the water is constantly on and off and they give no warning, valet trash is OFTEN missed and we pay for it.

Hello, good morning, I went to visit these apartments and the manager is very rude to people. To serve the public, they should have friendly people willing to help. She treated me horrible and other people didn't even want to see the apartments.

I have been at Rockbrook Creek for about 6 years now! Both office staff and maintenance workers are great! Any concerns I have are addressed promptly, and if there is anything ever needed outside of what can be handled within the property, they are quick to get the resources needed. I am looking forward to another year.
