August 8, 2022Rolling woods apartments is by far the worst apartment community I’ve ever lived in. The apartments had roaches mice and bedbugs when we moved in and the leasing office did not do much to help us with the situation. The mice live in the actual walls of the apartment so it is a constant problem same with the roaches. And the bedbugs are in the vents of the apartments which have not been cleaned and is a consistent problem regardless of how many times we changed our furniture and cleaned. Alongside ...that the carpets are infested with bedbugs. My experience with this complex was horrible and people should truly beware before moving into Rollingwood apartments.Property Manager Responded

August 2, 2022The reputation of Rollingwood has gone down. Most people nowadays move out because the are not satisfy. Alot of mouse inside and outside the property. The noise levels from other tenants have increased. When you complain to the office nothing changes. These are just a few of the concerns, there are more.Property Manager Responded
