I love rollingwood since 1993 for 10 years and now I'm back 2022 great place to live I was raised around corner since I was 12 and my daughter and grandsons wonderful schools , shopping and restaurants everything is right here in Silver Spring MD

Rolling woods apartments is by far the worst apartment community I’ve ever lived in. The apartments had roaches mice and bedbugs when we moved in and the leasing office did not do much to help us with the situation. The mice live in the actual walls of the apartment so it is a constant problem same with the roaches. And the bedbugs are in the vents of the apartments which have not been cleaned and is a consistent problem regardless of how many times we changed our furniture and cleaned. Alongside ...
that the carpets are infested with bedbugs. My experience with this complex was horrible and people should truly beware before moving into Rollingwood apartments.

The reputation of Rollingwood has gone down.
Most people nowadays move out because the are not satisfy. Alot of mouse inside and outside the property.
The noise levels from other tenants have increased. When you complain to the office nothing changes. These are just a few of the concerns, there are more.

Rollingwood is a peaceful community with little or no crime. Young families with children make up a large percentage of the population, so it's very quiet here after about 10pm. The staff is helpful and very professional. Highly recommended.

I'm enjoying my residential experience at Rollingwood! It's conveniently located to my work in Kensington, it's close to the Rock Creek Trail for running, and it has a good fitness room which I've used several times.
