My experience here has been great! Even when im the one that misunderstands. Management always handles me with professionalism and always gets to the bottom of my needs. They show true patience and they do care about what's going on if you speak with them and tell them. I love this place and will definitely want to renew my lease again.

Do not rent here, I regret it with all my heart! Don’t want you to experience the same

10 days since we came here. There was no hot water and toilet and bath were clogged. There hasn’t been hot water since we came, repairs are being done with us living here and dust is just to much. I can’t cook there’s a whole in the middle of the kitchen, we bought food that we can’t even heat because there is no microwave. Apartment has cockroaches, I been cleaning every time I can. Carpet has poop water since they came and fix the toilet. Apartments are not ready and has affected my health ...
greatly the lady “tries” but gets upset when my husband goes to the office. I hope this review helps to avoid people to come here this is not ok, no decent living whatsoever

I am not sure what they mean in former reviews that this place is better and under new management. Just moved in and it is terrible. Toilets don’t flush. One of the showers doesn’t have a shower head. The sink in the kitchen only has water coming out of one side. It was not cleaned before moving in. The baseboards are filthy. The windows are dirty. Incredibly dirty. They did put in new carpet. The neighbors seem friendly but the property is nothing like the pictures. Nor is the ...

Great place to live affordable

This is my second year living here, the management changed 4 months after i moved in. Before the change when i moved in my carpet wasn't new it was old . The remodeled apartment are beautiful. When you move in you will be amazed and ? with your NEW apartment.The new management Mrs Lana is great. I have never had any problems and if i do, she's on top of it. Do not rent there is no rating for this place

This property is nasty the staff is unprofessional and rather have ratchet tenants that sit around all day and pick with the tenants that work hard and just want to live in peace they allow tenant with dogs to put there dog fetes on another tenant porch these apartments are not maintained and the property is dirty and nasty its sad cause the property has great potential but the office staff needs to go and get a staff there that can clean it up the pool don't work they just don't care I promise ...
the units they live in is in great condition so please don't be fooled by the picture take a drive by and see for yourself if you are looking for ratchet this is for you and if you looking for greatness don't bother. Don't take my word go see for yourself.

Not a place to call home

The new manager is worthless and lacks communication.. I have been living here for 5 years, previous management was pretty good..I have been without electricity for well over a month, I am currently still without power in my master bedroom, hall closet and bedroom closet..I have asked for an electrician to come and resolve the issue..They refuse to provide me with owner info for Lohman Property, but expects a full month rent! This is not a place to make your home!!!

DON'T MOVE HERE

This prices are ridiculous for what they are asking for now that they changed the nameVery dirty apartments on the outside it's almost embarrassing to even have guest over because the outside is just so trashy I don't even think they have maintenance man that trash area omg is very disgusting... people hanging outside... you see bed dressers etc when walking outside from people moving out!!! I'm just going to sum it up don't move here
