I have been pleased to find that most of my encounters with fellow residents to have been friendly and cordial. Some have developed into friendships as a result of like interest and background. I do miss our former event organizer who went out of her way to make every activity appear extra special.

This is a really nice place to live. The apartment has new appliances, big closet, and a tub and a shower with two sinks. built in office space and you can hardly hear your neighbors. You do not have to worry about things going wrong as maintenance is on the job and you don't have to pay. They even put in light bulbs if needed.

I have been happy living here since November 2023. However, there are some issues that I think should be addressed. The entrance doors need to be cleaned more often, especially in the summer. Another issue I think is important is keeping the elevators clean due to pets' smell. Stairways also need cleaning.

We should be enjoying our time here but Management is not allowing us to. The residents have made new lifelong friends between themselves but so many have issues because of the treatment from management and it is destroying the peaceful home that we long for.
