It’s Not Good
February 12, 2025The hallways smell. The office sometimes answers phone calls and rarely responds to emails unless responding to it somehow benefits them. Someone pulls the fire alarm at least once a month. The pool is dirty and was open less than a month before they closed it for the rest of the summer. The reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is because maintenance is quick to respond and the private garages are a good deal.Review from Apartments.com

October 3, 2023Many problems with the apartment complex like elevators that don’t work, or doors that don’t lock. Many issues with the unit. I wasn’t move in ready and they didn’t finish painting. There’s considerable chipped paint on the floor boards, and chipped cracked paint in the bathroom ceiling. Most likely the cause of the paint problem in the bathroom is from the fan not being properly vented and cleaned before I moved in. I love the apartment layout and the community and the location. September 27, 2023Rosedale Estates lacks respectable office staff. You can catch them lying and giving out wrong information weekly. Your maintenance requests never get resolved. Don't be late on your rent by 1 day because then they charge you 8% of your rent. They can't keep any staff and maintenance at one point was actually coming in from a temporary agency.
