I couldn't say enough about my new home! They are currently working on upgrading all of their homes, so when I moved my home was completely upgraded! Brand-new/ Stainless-steel appliances, vinyl wood flooring throughout the home, bathroom and kitchen fully remodeled, large patios, etc. Being a townhome, it is like having a house without any of the responsibility! with the staff and maintenance being so incredible, it truly is the cherry on top of a great living experience.

I absolutely love this property. It is very quiet and the grounds are beautiful. The staff is great, which is very hard to find. Any time there is an issue, they respond promptly. My kids and I love our complex. We couldn't be more impressed with this complex. It doesn't feel like a townhouse apartment, but more like a home!!

I have lived here for over a year now and cannot wait to move. While the staff is somewhat friendly/responsive to my needs, the units are old and unkempt. Neighbors are unfriendly and loud. It's constantly dirty - garbage litters the parking lots/yards and dumpsters are overflowing within a few days of being emptied. I've had people mess with my vehicle, only to have staff tell me that there's nothing they can do and that they can't afford to install security cameras.
I moved here when I was new ...
to TX, but now that I've had time to do research, I can see that I'm way overpaying for the low quality/old unit that I occupy and could get something more modern/better maintained for less money! Do you yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

They help with answering all my questions and they contact me after all my maintenance requests get finished to make sure everything got done. I have never had this sort of experience at any other property. I am truly blessed to live here.

Very nice and well maintained Townhomes. I like that they are pet friendly and the office staff is very nice. They also have a great Maintenance team, which is nice when you live in these place. So far haven't had any issues and am enjoying living here.

Finding an amazing management team who is responsible for your entire living experience is very rare. However, since the Office and Maintenance team they has been very accommodating. This place truly feels like home because of how much they cares for residents. they always goes above and beyond! You can definitely see a positive change in this property since they been working here. I 100% recommend living here.
