I am mostly comfortable the apartment is great the management helpful and maintenance prompt and efficient. The new staff is trying to fix old problems one being parking I’ve never had a spot that’s the biggest down fall! I’ve had tickets and fines for not being able to find a spot. I’m afraid to leave most of the time I’m not enjoying life like I should because what good is location when you can’t come home and have a place to put your car! My blind son has to walk home because I can’t move my ...

car at night! It’s a big issue that in two years have never been resolved! It almost gives you agoraphobia!

This is a good apartment community and in a great location between the central hubs of Boise and Meridian. The amenities and perks that come with the apartment are great. These apartments come with appliances such as washer/dryer, fridge, dishwasher, etc. and that is a huge plus. Access to a pool, hot tub, gym, and sauna is also great to have, and is more than a lot of other complexes in the area offer. Rosewood could improve a few things and has its issues, as does every other apartment ...

Rosewood Apartments (Greystar management) are one of the few complexes left that have a parklike, quiet setting. The apartments are roomy with excellent amenities.
