About Ross Center Village

Washer & Dryer Hookups for each unit. EHA Vouchers are Accepted. Pet Friendly per our Rental Criteria. Applicants will be required to complete an application for all adults 18+. The application fee is $40, and applications may be submitted online on our website, with a minimum of a one-year lease agreement. The first month’s rent is pro-rated; the deposit can range from the listed amount to the monthly rent and is due upon lease signing. Pets may be allowed with a $300-$500 non-refundable pet deposit and an additional $15 per month per pet. Tenant is responsible for utilities, including water, sewer, trash, electricity, gas, and cable. Please drive by the property to see if you are interested in the home and neighborhood. March 8, 2025This is a crooked establishment that will nickel and dime you any chance they get. It's located in a poor neighborhood filled with bums and drug addicts. The office staff are rude and act like it kills them to lift a finger. The only "updates" they've done in 10 years is to slap a coat of paint over the mold. The also have pest issues they will NOT address. I cannot stress enough just how horrible this place is!Review from Apartments.com
absolutely awful
February 10, 2024Apartment village is trashy with mold growing on the walls. They have insect problems (ie bed bugs & cockroaches) and they will do NOTHING about it. The insulation is so poor, you can hear water running through the walls, so if your neighbors want to be loud, you won't sleep. Oh yeah, and the office staff is RUDE. October 23, 2022In the five years that I lived there I experienced bedbug issues from the complex, cockroach infestations, bums digging through my trash, A Tweaker/neighbor from the building next-door coming over and smashing out my window and some absolutely horrendous neighbors above me that evidently thought they owned the place.
