    This place is miserable. A door handle has been missing for weeks (and many of the others don’t work, and have been pointed out to the front desk and it’s still not fixed), packages almost always bounce (even Amazon), the noise from street traffic is horrible and full of loud engines revving on purpose, and the management doesn’t do anything about any noise complaints. It took over a week to get our AC fixed and we not only put in a work request, but also had to email and speak to the front desk ...
    in person. They will not solve any problems you have. Not to mention the dog poop left in the halls several times, the doors always propped open and the lack of parking anywhere. Save yourself from this place, it’s too expensive of rent to be full of this many problems.

    It is one thing for an apartment to feel like a home, it's another for it to feel like family. The environment at Rowlett Station makes it the best "neighborhood" I have ever lived in. I know my neighbors more now than I did growing up on the same street. The office staff is small but mighty. Wanna go where everyone knows your name?
