Amazing Pool

When my daughter and I lived there I couldn't get her out of the pool! It was so cool the way it was shaped and the little bridge is neat. I liked that it was close to the highway for easy access to work and shopping. I always felt secure knowing that my neighbors were friendly.

Royal Arms has one of the best pools in the apartment Industry, grounds are kept clean, the landscaping is welcoming and The Community Manager has excellent service with her residents and The community is pet friendly ! Don’t miss out on the opportunity of living at a Royal Arms !

Excellent Location. Lived here 11 years and have referred lots of my friends, as well. Quiet property. Management and Maintenance are quick in fixing repairs and keeping it clean here.

I lived a Royal Arms a couple of years before being transfered. I really liked being next to Brookside and Riverparks. The manager seemed to really take an interest in making the property nice and taking care of things.

Staff is unprofessional. Property is extremely old. The location of the property is in a sketchy part of town that is why there are no credit checks.
