This is the worst place I have ever lived
September 25, 2024I have lived here almost 4 years & trying to get out. When we first moved in all of our smoke detectors were going off. I wrote that on check list paperwork & called them. I ended up having to call code enforcement for them to replace detectors. We’ve had 4 floods & they were not attended to at a timely manner nor were the damage fixed properly. I moved in without knowing the A/C does not work properly & my electric for summer runs me $500. It does not work in master bedroom/bathroom. I put in ...work orders over & over & nothing gets fixed. The carpet is destroyed in certain areas because of floods. We have roaches. We have been w/out a kitchen light for months because they refused to fix it. It just got fixed. I have never experienced so many gun shots. We have roaches. The list goes on & on. I am a 53 yr old women & I have lived a lot of places, this by far is unexceptionable!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
The Worst Place to live
May 17, 2023Management is OK, but the tenants are out of control! There is constant trash in the streets, breeze ways and around the property. Kids and young adults are constantly playing around cars, hanging in the parking lot, peeing in the breeze ways and smoking weed. There is NO security or good lightening on the property!! DO NOT MOVE here!!!!! You pay for what you get...Property Manager Responded

Avoid At All Costs
May 11, 2022I used to love this apartment complex. Management was incredible, Maintenace requests were handled quickly and efficiently, security patrolled the premises. Not anymore. No security, people have bullets flying through their windows, people are constantly shooting guns, people loudly hang out in the parking lots all hours of the night, your neighbors will constantly be yelling and fighting outside your window, there is always trash everywhere, dumpster is always gross and overflowing, people don't ...clean up after their dogs and they let their dogs just walk around without leashes, and maintenance requests take months to be addressed. Literally the worst complex to live in. Don't waste your time or money on this placeProperty Manager Responded

Worst Place i've ever lived
February 8, 2016We are moving out of this apartment complex as soon as we are able to via our leasing agreement. In the short year I've been at this complex I've had 4 neighbors arrested on felony warrants, there is a constant police presence because of the rowdy and violent teenagers that roam the parking lot at all hours of the night. There was a rash of car burglaries, they let the leaking toilet in my bathroom go so long that there was mold in the second bathroom and was unusable for 3 months. I called ...around thankgisving to have my dishwasher fixed, it is now February and it has still not been fixed. Did I mention the stabbing in the parking lot? All in all the worst renting experience of my life, I feel totally unsafe in this complex. Please if you have anywhere else to go, go. It is not worth the risk. Oh and it says it has free trash that its not true, you pay 5$ a month for one dumpster at the far end of the complex that is routinely over run with trash, its disgusting. I literally had to call code compliance to get the trash removed it was built up for over two months at one point. The gate is broken and has been the entire year, the computer lab they speak of has been broken equally as long, laughing hysterically at the claim it has laundry facilities that's just a bold faced lie.
