Convenient and upscale community

Located within five minutes of retailers like Target, Whole Foods, and the Chandler Fashion Center, this gated community exhibits well-kept grounds and convenient access to a large park. Staff are mostly helpful but amenities and room features (large ceilings and quality workmanship) definitely make this the standard for apartment communities within the area.

Great Amenities
August 5, 2015
San Cervantes has some of the best amenities I've ever seen in a complex...sandy beach pool, steam sauna room (the wife loves), and a great location; within walking to mall and restaurants. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is that the apartments themselves are a little dated, about ten years ago. They are still very livable and god layout, just could use a freshen up. I would recommend San Cervantes to anyone.
