A peaceful place to live in

I’d been living in this apartment for a year and recently renewed my lease. I will give them 5 stars for so many reasons. I appreciate the immediate action Adel ( manager ) and Eki ( maintenance ) did whenever I needed them even if it’s not office hours / weekends , when you text Adel for any issue he will reply right away. The pool,office , dump area, laundry facility, gym and the community are always clean and well maintained. I love all my friendly neighbors some of them they’ve been living ...

here for more than 15 years . It’s just a proof that this neighborhood is so quiet and troublemakers are not allowed . Drug free and it’s a peaceful place to live in. Cameras are all over the community for safety issue. Adel has been so helpful to me even for personal matter , he’s so knowledgable to many things . Two Thums up for EKi who’s always been there for me even for small things like installing my bike hook , carrying my heavy groceries. In general, They go above and beyond my expectations. Keep it up and I highly recommend San Jose Villa Apartment. Mylene

I used to live in this apartment. It was and still well kept,well maintained. The landlord was kind,understanding,diplomatic and provide a professional, attentions to his tenants. The maintenance was also very kind. They both delivered above and beyond expectations. They worked as a team. They provide and listened to their tenants voice of concerns. The property was safe and quiet. I highly recommend the San Jose villa apartment in Toledo Rd..
