June 7, 2019Our experience with San Piedra has been nothing short of awesome! I would even call it IMPECCABLE! They have been incredibly helpful throughout the pre-rental experience, and highly proactive ensuring not just a "painless" experience, but one that is highly positive and successful. Its a shame that every landlord can't duplicate their culture- they have exhibited every behavior I've ever desired in a landlord. If you are interested in a SUPERIOR rental experience, combined with top-of-the-line ...amenities, you really should check them out! PS-If you call or go in, ask for Kylie. San Piedra and Kylie
May 2, 2019I'm moving from a different state and was initially nervous about finding an apartment until I stumbled across San Piedra's website. Looking like a luxury hotel, I was very intrigued. So I called and was in constant correspondence with Kylie (who is amazing). I had a plethora of questions for Kylie, as I had not yet seen the property in person, and she answered every single one of my questions with ease and patience. I would constantly feel like I was annoying her, due to so many questions, and ...she always reassured me that she was there for me no matter how many questions I had (which I think is an amazing quality to have). I finally was able to visit the property and to my amazement, the website did not do the property justice because it was everything and more than I would have hoped for! The luxuriousness was oozing from the property as soon as I passed the guard post and huge gates (which was a big seller for me). Every detail in the rooms and activities centers were so ornate and had everything you would want and more in a property. Although the price was a little bit steeper for my liking (I'm currently doing my Masters so... poor college student problems) no other apartment that I visited could even come close to how San Piedra was and how secure it made me feel to move there. My mom even said that if San Piedra was $500 more a month than the other properties that it would be worth it to move here, and I couldn't agree more! The amenities, the security of living in a gated community and having a security guard there, as well as being pet friendly are only some of the many reasons why I chose this property.
