Living here means you better pray nothing in your unit ever breaks
April 14, 2025The scenery here is beautiful, but the management is extremely disorganized. When I first moved in, the refrigerator was broken and there was no hot water in the bathroom. It took nearly a full week to get these basic things fixed. Now, my washing machine is leaking — I submitted a maintenance request two weeks ago and it still hasn’t been addressed. The leasing office claims to be open 9am–6pm, but there's almost never anyone available, and maintenance is impossible to reach. Living here means ...you better pray nothing in your unit ever breaks — because once it does, you’ll be on your own for a while. Really disappointing experience for such a nice-looking place.Property Manager Responded

July 24, 2015First time you walk into this apartment you wI'll be blown away with how big your living area is! This was the the main reason we signed up. The dining room and kitchen has an open feel. A table can house 6 chairs comfortably. And still room for your wine stand. Your bedroom is great size for your queen size bed, long dresser and 2 night stands..And still room to walk on both sides to make the bed. Both bedrooms have an expansive room for clothes and other misc. oh, did I share how central you ...are to a beautiful lagoon, library, city hall, grocery store, post office, farmer's market. Do I need to say more? Oh, one more cool benefit is this complex has been coded for condo living meaning extra insulation was installed. Very quiet here.
