I hate it.
June 19, 2019This is the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. They show you a model and give you a different apartment with ruined countertops, and burnt out lights. It was dirty and smelled like 10 cats lived there before us. Our car was broken into. While it was locked, and when the office was informed Emma told us it’s happened before and it’s becoming more prevalent and maybe we should have have hid anything of value..everything was out of sight! Also don’t blame me for it! She’s just horrible. There are ...children running and screaming everywhere. They leave their garbage and I’ve found children’s foot prints on the hood of my car. The security takes an hour to show up if someone takes your spot, that you pay for! I refuse to go outside after dark, and I’ve been catcalled on multiple occasions..while walking through the parking lot! Did I mention the loud neighbors? The apartments are just a disaster. I cannot wait to pay my last month next month and never have to give them my hard earned money again.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Crime ridden area and parking is a mess
May 12, 2019Apartment manager always acts like she's so busy and rushed. Residents have two or three cars that they leave parked in the unassigned spots. Almost no parking whatsoever after 6pm. Lots of criminals in the area from the nearby gas station(crackheads, homeless people, etc. ). This is a community to avoid!Review from Apartments.com

Very Happy
September 12, 2017We were so happy to find the Saratoga Apartments in Everett. From day one they have been nothing but great for us. We lived in Bremerton but were commuting/working in Seattle. We spent a week searching for something much closer and found Saratoga and Emma. The apartment was great. Not only did the apartment have two beds and two baths, but the layout made the apartment feel huge. Additionally, the onsite amenities were great for year round activity. They had an indoor heated swimming pool ...(awesome during the winter!) and gym. While we lived there, they built a kids play place (swings, slide, climbing wall, etc.) as well as a fenced dog run. On top of all that, they had huge grassy areas for kids to just run. They also updated the common room to make the whole place very inviting (not that it wasn't before) and modern. Emma was wonderful from day one. She stayed late so we could meet her and view the apartment after work and she was able to work with our schedule for when we moved in. Throughout the two and a half years that we were there, it was a pleasure to stop in and just say hi and chat with her. I could bring little things to her attention, and anything that we mentioned, was fixed either that day or the next. There was one time that our washing machine needed to be repaired and she had maintenance on it that same day. When it was apparent the repair would take longer than a day she let us borrow a key to a nearby apartment that was empty so I could do our laundry. As with any apartment, sometimes things break. Maintenance was always on top of it. I could make a request through the app (so easy!) or if I happened to stop by the office, I could let Emma know. There were many times that the issue was resolved that same day. Whenever maintenance stopped by, they were very conscious of my cats and made sure to keep the front door closed. We would have stayed longer, but unfortunately both my husband and father were going through some medical issues and I wanted to move home to support my mom as well as receive support from her. We had the opportunity to purchase a house that would make this feasible but it meant that we would have to break our lease early. We spoke with Emma and she worked with us so that we would not have to pay the broken lease fee. We were able to find someone to take over our lease and she helped make the transition as smooth as possible. Had the health issues not come up, we would still be staying at the Saratoga Apartments.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
