I would like to start off by thanking Adriana for providing great service! The apartment is everything we were looking for. Location is perfect and we are happy with the commute for work and home. We have a 24 hour laundry room which is amazing! Looking forward to our living experience at Scripps Poway Villas!!

We are just so happy here at Scripps Poway Villas. It’s incredible. The area is safe, quiet and well maintained. Adriana was an absolute dream to work with. She made our viewing and move-in so seamless. She has an eye for detail and takes pride in her job, this property and the happiness of the tenants. Nice, well constructed and always very clean apartment complex. Large property with the appropriate maintanence, my family and I also enjoy the recreational area that the property provides for the residents. These apartments are also very unique to have backyards available for most of the units. plenty of left over space. The community is very fit for families and the apartment's are very well remodled. Great and friendly management. We have been living here for almost three years without any problems, Scripps Poway villas has given us a great luxury place to live in.Nevertheless the apartment complex would be more acommodating with a few more washers and dryers.
