i've been here for 12 years they do not fix anything the same elevator has been going out for the past 5 years before there was a lot of blackouts and they still haven't even replaced the door that has been broken for 1 year now they may be cheap put its poor quality

Always loved living in this building lived here since I was 7 years old, there's a beautiful view of youre high up of Manhattan and Coney Island amusement park and beach depending what side of the building you are on. The building is very clean and well kept.
