Excellent location for someone who can do without a car.
March 26, 2022Located one block from the West Mesa of Balboa Park and a 5-10 minute walk to the Old Globe theaters and the museums near there. But there is NO on-site parking, and the competition for limited curb parking is already intense. The 3 and 120 buses travel uptown on Fifth and downtown on Fourth Avenues, with protected bike lanes on both of those streets.Review from Apartments.com

March 14, 2022your site says there are no units but there are. it is just that you have to send them your e-mail first and if you pass that inspection you get an 'invitation' to apply. sounds like frats in college where the 2 owners 'decide' if you can join their social club. further evidence of this is the bottom floor will be a beer joint and socializing on the rooftop is stressed. the process is quite snobbish but guess can be expected when the two owners grew up in la jolla.Review from Apartments.com
Enjoy a hike home after work
March 5, 2022There is no parking garage under the building. The street parking is already extremely limited and with the addition of this building... good luck finding somewhere within a quarter mile. The other buildings around this one have parking garages.
