please don’t move here
September 6, 2024This property is terrible, apts are dilapidated and forgotten, water is shut off constantly, apts are infested with roaches. Maintenance is over worked and not properly trained.Review from Apartments.com
GREAT COMMUNITY
August 27, 2024The residents and the staff here are very friendly. The apartments are spacious, and the new management has made a lot of improvements to the parking lot, landscaping, building, and amenities in the last few months. I moved in 2 months ago and have not experienced any issues with the apartment.Review from Apartments.com

July 17, 2023They changed the name of the complex!! It used to be Latitude Apartments.. this is the worst place I’ve ever lived in!! You go nearly two months or more without hot water!! And for the manager to tell you WELL WHY DONT YOU JUST BOIL SOME HOT WATER!! I have small babies!! I’ve have gone over a week now without using my kitchen.. they office tells me to put in a work order.. and lies and says we will send maintenance over and they never come!! My kitchen now smells really back and floors flood. ...Kitchen sink and dishwasher has been flooded OVER A WEEK!! Mold in the bathroom tub!! April 7, 2022Do not move here!!!!! They don't answer maintenance requests for months. The swimming pool is a cesspool of filth. The mailboxes remain open always so anyone can take your mail. Don't move here
January 14, 2022There is no hot water. The problem doesn't get fixed! I been here since September and they just keep apologizing. Sometimes you get no water or it barely comes out. Worst apartment I have ever lived in.Property Manager Responded

Don’t rent
January 11, 2022I have lived here for 2 years, poor management. Repairs won’t be made in at least two or three weeks( I once spend a month without the garbage disposal). You have to constantly remind them of service requests. And the apartment it’s full of roaches, doesn’t matter what you do. Moreover the once try to raise the rent price by making me re-sign the contract by claiming “they lost” the previous one…Property Manager Responded

roaches, no hot water or laundry facilities
September 2, 2021do you enjoy having to deal with roaches ayleast once a month? How about laundry facilities that don't work because people steal the wifi adapters for the machines? Well you will love the fact that the hot water is hit or miss for when its going to work or not. So helpful during trying times
October 6, 2020The staff has been so professional and have shown me nothing but respect. They have been very helpful is dealing with the issues that the Covid virus has caused everyone. This new management team has things looking up and great to work with. Kayra management is a great company that cares and does as much as they can to make Latitude apts. HORRIBLE
February 14, 2020Listen to me this is no joke this place is not a good place to rent, they always have water issues and I’m not talking about “oh we will have the water off for 4hrs” I am talking about days without water, or water pressure is low, or we don’t have hot water for DAYS! When you go to ask them what’s going on they tell you “we can give you a key to another apartment so you can shower” when they told me that last time a little girl walked in and told the girl Emily in front “ma’am someone’s already ...in that shower” I am seriously over this place. They are unprofessional. Emily is rude and the manager is even more rude. Maintenance takes things out of your apartment while they go fix whatever you put a ticket in for. I’ve been here for months my lease is actually almost up and I have yet to get a mail key. Mind you I had one it just never opened my mail was told that they would call me when they fixed that situation. Never got a call back and honestly staff is so rude I don’t even want to walk in there and speak to them they belittle you. Save your money try another place they add on a lot of fees for trash, pest control, sewage, Etc. you have to pay a extra 25 to pay online or a extra 5 to pay at Walmart. This place is horrible definitely a wast of money. Oh any my neighbor came knocking on my door at 1130am to tell me that I need to treat my dog better after I put her in time out on the patio for pooping inside. She even called animal control on me they checked on my dog and saw that she was perfectly fine. My neighbor will see me on my patio and stick me the finger. Worst place ever to live...deserves a negative rating
August 23, 2019Been here for over a yr, way to long! Repairs never get done, or one person finally comes out to check and says they’ll be back with help next day....well next day that person quit and never updated anyone on the project he had to fix for me! Roaches every in my place, complained several times, pest control does nothing and neither does management office. Try taking concerns to the corporate office...haha good luck I’m still waiting for responses from messages and emails I sent 5 months ago.
