OLD APARTMENTS & POOR MANAGEMENT
December 30, 2022If I could give this property 0 stars, I would because living here is like living in the projects. The apartments are old, the dumpsters are always overflowing and the parking lot needs to be resurfaced due to the pot-holes. Be prepared to deal with pipes bursting and freezing because the pipes are OLD. The AC units are old and this will cause your electric bill to be extremely high. Furthermore, it takes forever for maintenance to complete basic requests. Overall, customer service DOES NOT ...EXIST! It's hard to reach the property manager or a leasing agent during NORMAL business hours if you're having issues or just to ask a question. You're basically on your own to deal with any issues that may arise.Property Manager Responded
