They have new management every other week it seems like. Maintenance doesn’t fix anything. If you use the laundry facilities people will stop your clothes and you’ll have to pay to wash again. You only get one parking pass & there’s barely any visitors parking so your car will be booted or towed. They never answer the phone. They DO NOT care about their residents. & they jack the rent up whenever they want to & trust me it’s not worth the money. I had a 2bdr with a ceiling leak they did nothing ...

My family and I have been living here for a year and we have lousy neighbors that have 8 people living with them and it's only suppose to be one woman and her child. They stomp all day, blast their music, her child runs back and forth all day long and they are very disrespectful. We talk to the office all the time about them and tell them to ask them to keep the noise down and they do not care. They haven't done anything . I keep telling my family to stop complaining because the people at the ...

My car has been broken into three times, my apartment was broken into once and they refuse to let me break my lease. They haven't even offered to help me with anything all I get is a simple we're sorry. I lost almost $1000 dollars in property and this neighbor hood is filled with drug dealers and sketchy people. I'm always being watched and as a veteran living alone in an apartment half the size of a military barracks room I'm not getting my moneys worth. The gym has been closed since before i ...

moved in and has yet to be reopened. They don't enforce the resident only parking and I come home at night from work having to park on the opposite side of my apartment building because all the spots are filled by visitors parking in resident spots. I recommend investing your money elsewhere.
