November 1, 2019I want to start with thanking the wonderful and friendly staff in the office and the maintenance crew for their hard work, they are always there when I need them.they work hard to get the residents to get together and know each other by having fun activities like barbecue and prizes at the pool , bingo games, having free wood for the fire place. I just can't say enough it's a beautiful place and I love it.Property Manager Responded

Spectacular Location
July 26, 2015Sheridan Pond is located in a convenient spot. 10 minutes away from fancy restaurants, shopping centers, mall, and 2 hospital's! Quite tenants who are friendly and respectful. Fantastic pond with amazing fountain that attracts ducks, geese, turtles, and fish all year round! Pool is hidden behind well kept shrubbery that allows you to have a get together in privacy. Sheridan Pond has an amazing deck right over the pond that allows you to grill some burgers while your kids or friends swim, play ...tennis, or basketball! Lawn crew is always taking care of your yard and the complex, making sure everything looks superb! The maintenance crew is very helpful and always there when you need a light fixed or your closet door put back on its hinges (I may or may not have fell onto the door and broke it...). Overall I am so glad I found this place, Sheridan Pond is truelly a wonderful place to live whether it's short term or long term!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
