We’ve been at Sherwood Crossing coming up on a year. Personally our past year has been one for the books and has been one of the most challenging for us. HOWEVER, Heather, Michelle and everyone here has made us feel like humans, like we matter, like we are family, and most importantly, like we aren’t just a couple to fill a vacancy. They have been accommodating, always friendly, welcoming and just makes all the challenging moments seem not as bad. Rent has increased but that is literally every ...

property in the area (work property management as well) and not something Heather or Michelle could control. We can’t express our gratitude for y’all enough!! You are amazing at what you do and make apartment living/renting so worth it!

Amazing staff, Great location.

Moved in with my fiancee a month ago and couldn't be happier. To start the location is great, right off the turnpike near plenty of places to get food,banks,shopping (wal mart,publix, food lion etc.. all within 5min). The buildings are set back far enough that traffic noise is a non issue. Neighbors are all friendly and they have a dog park on the property. Plenty of parking so no fighting for spaces. The property manager Heather and her assistant Michelle should write a book on how to ...

treat residents; honestly the nicest people you could hope for. Moving across country to a new place has its difficulties but they made us feel right at home. We ran into a few minor issues but Heather and her team resolved all our problems within a day or two and we couldn't ask for anything better. Being a renter we've had horrible landlords and we've had awesome landlords and Heather is definitely the latter. It's not the problems that matter, it's how they are resolved and again bravo to the team at sherwood.

The staff is pleasant and keeps the landscaping looking great. The apartments are big and I just transferred to one with granite countertops and stainless appliances. I'm never leaving!
