Laundry facilities are a joke. Garbage Disposal & dishwashers never work. High speed internet only if you pay your own plan with your own cell service provider. No such thing as a spa & if you call a slide a playground than yes 1 slide for all. Definitely NOT SMOKE FREE. Balcony cemented floors with open cracks. Parking space your normal household uses 2 cars if you do not pay an extra $25 dollars per car a month it's first come first serve if your lucky, otherwise you will be parking in the ...
streetthese apartments are very old & have cracks in foundation covered up with old smelly carpeting. Cracks & water stains in ceiling are just painted overI DO NOT GIVE THESE APARTMENTS A SINGLE STAR BUT IF I DON'T IT WON'T LET ME POST so 1 star is way too much too rate Sierra Vista on Northaven Rd.
