A terrible pace

Always trash, nothing ever gets fixed, stoves broken, mailboxes get broken into. Now have put locks on the gates with no notice and half the resident's do not have keys, of course can never find management. People are literally locked into the building like prison. A true fire hazard and danger. A horribly run place

Super Surprising!

I have to admit, this neighborhood is lacking on the luxury side but what this place has done to it's apartments is nothing short of AMAZING. They are super nice, updated and bring a element of upper class with small touches like stainless steel appliances. I was shocked to see how HUGE their kitchen was! and it's super pretty! They also have wifi for the property which was great, I actually submitted my application from my phone on my tour :-D

My husband & I went to look at an apartment here, & to say we were impressed would be an understatement! The office manager was helpful, friendly, & informative, the complex was clean & well kept, & the apartment was HUGE! Beautiful kitchen, both bedrooms & bathrooms were spacious, the carpet was clean, & the price of rent isn't anywhere close to astronomical; we're hoping that there is still one available when our lease is up at our current complex!
