January 30, 2026My wife and I have enjoyed living here for 2 years. The staff who run this property care about the residents and the units. The maintenance staff is excellent, quick to respond, and they always go above and beyond what you would expect when getting things maintained in your unit. The neighborhood is safe and the property is pretty for walking around in with your dogs. My wife and I would recommend this place over any of the other luxury apartments in San Antonio. They are priced better and much, ...much, nicer. Ive never had a single issue here 10/10Property Manager Responded

October 27, 2025I’ve lived here for a while and really wanted to like this place, while I love our actual apartment, it’s been frustrating. The gym area is always dirty, and a lot of the equipment is broken or unusable, which makes it pointless to even have a “fitness center.” On top of that, we’re not allowed to use fire pits in our yard area, yet the fire pits by the pool never work and are rarely cleaned or maintained. It feels like management doesn’t really follow through on the amenities they ...advertise. What’s even more frustrating is the inconsistent enforcement of noise rules. I work from home and make sure my dog is quiet during the day, but we’ve still received noise complaints meanwhile, our neighbors constantly argue, their dogs bark at any noise, and our upstairs neighbor vacuums through the night. Overall, it’s disappointing paying "premium" rent for a place that looks nice on the surface but lacks upkeep, consistency, and fairness in how it’s managedProperty Manager Responded

She was very knowledgeable about the property and made the viewing process very pleasant. Her professionalism, honesty, and dedication to serving this community made a huge impact on my decision to apply at Slate Creek. She’s been accessible every step of the way—answering every email and every question, always making sure I felt informed and at ease. The property itself is incredibly clean and well-kept, which speaks volumes about the pride and ...dedication of the entire Slate Creek team. The amenities here are also wonderful—two pools, well-equipped gym, walking trail/picnic area and a pool table/game room in the clubhouse. Also, the sweet move-in basket waiting for me in my apartment was such a thoughtful touch—it made an already smooth experience feel even more welcoming. May 25, 2025I waited a bit to make sure I could properly give a full review, and honestly I have had nothing short of a great experience living here. The grounds are well-maintained, as well as the amenities. It feels like a small community and you dont get that with most apartment buildings. Its been a great experience and I'm glad to call it home. Any issues or concerns ive had, have been addressed in a timely manner.Property Manager Responded
