June 28, 2021You will need at least 3 fans in order to be comfortable. With the way the a/c is set up, your living room will always be hot unless you leave the bedroom door open. When I moved in, my unit reeked of cigarettes. 3/4 burners on my stove work. My door isn’t sealed properly so pest, and hot air easily seep in. My bathtub isn’t caulked properly so there’s creases and cracks everywhere. Most of the outlets are either loose or don’t work. I only moved here out of desperation. Not worth the price of ...rent.
