June 2, 2021The building has been facing undisclosed security threats and requires guests to sign in at a police check point each time they enter the building leaving their driver's license number with an officer. Guests are barred from all common areas and threatened with criminal trespass - this was not the case when we moved in. Management doesn't communicate well with residents and works in a locked office only available by phone or email. Hoping things change soon, but it's been this way since March ...2021 and management has provided no clarity on when guests will be allowed again. Snoop recently passed away and once the team learned of his death, they called to comfort me and sent me flowers!! I am super blessed to live in a beautiful building with a caring thoughtful staff.
