My wife and I moved into Sofi in October 2020, about the time that a new management company took over. Great service from office staff, especially Hannah (she left though) and now Victoria and Madison. Both of them (Leasing Consultants?) are quick to help with any question or issue I have. It's really nice to be in a complex that seems to appreciate tenants for once. I really like the tenant events they plan here, my favorite so far was a gourmet hot dog stand catered for free with unlimited
...hot dogs. They also plan resident contests like for decorating your door. I actually like the valet trash service, only $25 a month and (most days) you just put your trashcan outside your door at 7 and someone empties it by 9.
While we experienced many of the maintenance issues at first that have been mentioned in other yelp reviews, new management is working hard to fix things and work orders are usually turned around pretty quickly. True, past maintenance must have been horrible as every time current maintenance guys are working they explain everything that is wrong with how it was done before. As of now, everything is fixed and we're really enjoying our wood fireplace (rare to find in an apartment complex), patio, and relaxing view of the back of the property.
