Worst apartment ever

Horrible experience, no maintenance, homeless people shooting up people smoking in the bathrooms in other apartments so your bathroom always smells like cigarettes and the leasing office

The tenants here are inconsiderate and loud and will blast music that literally shakes your walls. Appliances are old and will cost you a fortune in PG&E. Homeless people hang out in or by the dumpsters. Showers are really creaky and low shower heads. Small laundry washer that violently shakes sometimes while in use. Lots of construction/landscape/train/plane noise. I’ve seen several baptisms in the fountains, yes you read that right. Awful place to live. Beware!!!!!!

* Walls are paper thin, only move-in if you want to hear your neighbors bedroom conversations. Moved in March 2020 (rented 2nd floor apt). * Even if you don't cook at home you'll smell cooking related smells from your bathroom exhaust, because it's connected to your neighbor's kitchen. * Floors (especially 2nd floor) make LOUD squeaky noise when walking. 1st floor tenant will always hear noise, some 1st floor neighbors will not behave in civil manner with you. Our 1st floor neighbor turned ...
hostile, knocked on our door and stepped in our house without proper mask in front of our kids, another time banged ceiling continuously for 2hrs from 10pm-12am. Management is not capable to do anything. * 1st floor neighbor smokes marijuana almost every weekend in their patio, giving 2nd hand smoke to our kids. Complained to management, they said our employee (currently on vacation) has verbally informed your neighbor two weeks ago. * 2nd floor patios are at mercy of 30+yr old nails. Seperated from structure at many places. At risk of falling anytime. * Water leaks from 20+ yr old ACs. Drip pans often get clogged and not drained properly, resulting in leaks. * Maintenance work is very loud at this community, and very often. Almost impossible to do any meeting/work from home for a tech worker, this doesn't seem like a place for tech worker. * Lots of Sprinklers not functioning properly. Shoot water out in the air, all roads will be wet in the morning. Few Positives: * 2 month free rent advertised, but later changed to 1month free rent after I signed contract. Bait and Switch. Still ok. ? * A Small pond with fountain.

Worst company I've ever rented from

DO NOT RENT HERE. The SoFi office does not answer the phone, our rent bill is never on time or accurate, we submitted a maintenance request and they've done absolutely nothing about it, and theres absolutely no parking (this was supposed to be fixed by Sagemark and that fell through with the purchase of the complex by SoFi). I have actually watched the woman at the front desk ignore my call as I was walking up because she was playing on her cellphone! And then was ridiculously rude to me the ...
entire time I was in the office. (I was in there to get our rent total because it was the second of the month and we had not received our rent bill from them.) Incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL company. Don't waste your time. We will be leaving the second our lease is up.
