Pathetic gates that never work and I spent over $700 on car windows in less than 2 months.

No wonder they are renting for so much cheaper a year later- nobody resigned their leases and the people who pay the most(3 bedroom) don’t even get a garage door. Maintenance tried to charge us for them not plugging in the heating system correctly. Oh and not to mention when my kitchen window started falling in because of water damage and NOBODY ever came out…. We moved out last week and spent a week cleaning: painting, and doing EVERYTHING to make the house look beautiful. We put $2400 down ...
as a deposit and were eager to get that back but when they sent us the letter about our deposit they only want to give us $1080 back? Per the lease there is a $350 non refundable deposit but where is the other $1060 going? Paint? The small amount of wear in tear in the “landlord special”? Confused. Don’t waste your time in this hell hole- yes it’s beautiful and big but it’s not safe nor nice.

Fancy looking dump.

Car break-ins happen all the time here, even if you don’t have anything in your car. Gates break all the time and the fence is a joke. The 3 bedroom apartments don’t have garage doors. People just leave open food/garbage on the ground next to the dumpster. Management will charge you for maintenance if it is deemed not necessary. Buildings are wonky too, breakers trip all the time, doors close weird. It’s just not worth what you’re paying for. We hate it here.

Property Managers are no where to be found

Management is horrible at responding. If you call you will get sent to voicemail. If you text you will not get a response ever or you may get one weeks after. And if you email you won’t hear back. We have had serious issues going on that need to be addressed but management completely disregarded them. Only good thing about these apartments is that they are nice and modern but unfortunately some people do not throw away trash properly and will have it scattered everywhere around the dumpsters ...

Do not be fooled

Lived here about a month already. Maintenance takes 3-4 days to show up, management picks and chooses which service request to fulfill and leaves the gate open of the homeless. Better off looking someplace else, unless you want trash everywhere and homeless sleeping next to your car :) oh yeah this is also a “HOA” LOL, what a joke
