TERRIBLE!!!!

This is by far the worse apartment I have ever lived in! They will rarely fix anything and when they do it breaks again. My air conditioner/heater has broke every month for the past 10 months and is broken again it's over 100 degrees in here and they are telling me they have up to 48 hours to fix it. I have 2 babies and we are all dying of heat! The places need to be condemned! I can not wait to move from here!

Well where should I start, I've been living here for the las 3 months. And no complains about this place, no bugs, maintenance is good, people from the office are really nice. The neighbor is pretty chill and well I've lived in other places and this one is the best so far I will recommend it ! At least my apartment is in good conditions :)

It's very inexpensive if you're just moving to Nevada or perhaps a college student! Not the best neighborhood, but they take care of every problem and I've been here for 9 months and have had no problems at all.

My husband and I were new to the area, and were looking for a place near our jobs. Found Sonoma Shadows online, and the location and price were what we were looking for, so we went to have a look. They showed us a beautiful model apartment, and told us a price for the size we wanted, so we went for it. Paperwork arrived after our acceptance and the rent was $15 more than we were told, but we had run out of time, so we agreed and packed our truck. 26 hours of driving, later, we got there, and the ...

rent went up another $5, and "oh, it won't be ready for 4 more hours" so, we went for an exhausted wander, only to get back at the appointed time to find the carpets wet, the countertops, showers and tubs still being sealed, and no lock on the door. We made them spring for a hotel, since we hadn't been warned about any of it. Next morning we finally get in, and the place is not even remotely like the model, carpets still dirty, stained, covered with paint, counters not sealed or cut properly, and roaches galore. The location is still prime for our jobs, and even the twice raised rent isn't too bad for the size, but we are outta here when our lease is up.
