        Newly built buildings will have flaws related to the construction that isn’t the faults of the management company (GreyStar) and I understand some issues will take time; we appreciate everyone working hard with GreyStar to resolve the issues we had as well as balancing all the other tenants’ issues.         Regarding the maintenance Team: First and foremost, the Maintenance Team is by far the most professional, most courteous and personable Team I’ve ever experienced; I’ve moved 61 times in 25 years and that’s a lot of experience with maintenance staff. Eddie is passionate about maintaining professionalism, work ethic, integrity of property for both the property owner and tenants, and communicates so effectively that novice to experienced tenants understand everything clearly.         semi-emergency mishap immediately after getting off work and he never once deviated from his epic work ethic. Recently, James, who worked on a few new move-in work orders, completed several quickly along with understanding why we requested some small ones. James too showed professionalism and ease with conversation. We’re still in shock on how quickly the work orders were addressed; it hasn’t been even 3 days yet and nearly all have been completed and the 2 remaining already addressed and scheduled next week.         I am HATING all of the changes and broken promises. EVERYTHING i moved to this community for i can no longer use cause of all if the changes! These apartments lose sognificant heat from the windows. In the cold months my utility bill is in the 400-500 A MONTH. The golf simulator is in a small room so it is almost impossible to get a full swing in. There is a larger room that the golf simulator can be transferred to but management refuses to do so. When I moved into this community I was advised ...
        that the pool would be a year-round pool and it is not. And the temperature is normally so cold that it is not fun to swim in even in the summer months. The clubhouse is only available during business hours so it closes most nights at 5:00 or 6:00 p.m. and 2 days a week it closes at 7:00 p.m.. I don't even get home from work until approximately 6:30 so I can no longer use these amenities that I am paying for. They used to have the clubhouse open until 10:00 p.m. so I'm not sure why this change has been made. But it really sucks because I pay a lot to live in this community and can no longer use these amenities. There are several other apartments in the neighborhood that I would recommend above solace at this point. Maintenance came in to repair something in my house and broke one of my statues and I have a picture of the maintenance person in the area that the statue was broken and I sent it to the management that day and they refused to pay for the replacement. If it wasn't such a hassle to move I can guarantee you I would have already been gone. Oh and last thing! In my refrigerator has never had a working ice maker. This has been reported to management several times and nothing has been done about it, so I eventually stopped reporting it as I am sick of being ignored

        Pros: location right off of Marksheffel and Woodman. The three bedroom two bath offer the most space and benefits for the price of rent. Each building is spaced out so you do not feel like you are closed in. The clubhouse does have several seating areas, full gym, pool deck with entrainment space. Pet friendly. Plenty of parking. Cons: You have to pay for trash pick up, package lockers that are never uses by delivery companies, and internet. The internet is hit or miss due to time of day or ...
