We recently moved to Solis Alston and so far it has been really good. Its a brand new facility and staff is awesome! The gym is really good! Its a quite, small community.

Beautiful community and great staff, but the biggest issue is the noise. You can hear everything from nearby apartments, including the apartments down the hall. This amount of noise is not normal for apartment living. Unfortunately, it makes the apartment very difficult to live in.

I LOVE my apartment! I was looking for something on the newer side because I’ve noticed around this area a lot of apartments I was looking at are older and just don’t have the same features. So then I stumbled upon this beauty that was still being built and I fell in love! I am in the A1 floor plan and I love how much space I have. The kitchen is my favorite part. Double door fridge, deep sink, smart dishwasher, glass stove top, and the biggest island I’ve even seen. I also love how I can get ...

peace and quiet since I WFH. My neighbors are so nice...one guy even helped me get a spider out of my car lol. Now onto the leasing staff. Catrina, Cassie, and Jasmine are AMAZING! These ladies are literally the sweetest people I’ve met. They love their jobs and it shows. I’m really a stickler for customer service and how you treat people. I could go on and on about these WONDERFUL ladies but I’ll just leave it at they always go above and beyond for residents and even future residents. Clinton and Roberto are the maintenance guys and they are so helpful as well with any questions I have. The amenities downstairs are great. When I was waiting for my internet to be installed I used the downstairs study are to work. The gym is top notch and the den feels like my own personal living room. Everything is cozy and just feels like you live in a massive mansion with your own individual room (if that makes sense). I can’t say enough about Solis Alston, but I’ll leave you with this. You won’t find anything else like it. I’ll be sticking around for a while. Thank you Solis Alston and Greystar
