Toured there the other day and found there to be available units! Need to get your information straight. This is a nice independent living apartment building with services for Senior Living, Good Size apartments with full kitchens and appliances. Located in the downtown neighborhood of Palatine which is really convenient. Big parking lot and I noticed lots of seniors still driving and getting out on their own. Company;Solstice Senior Living. Lot's of amenities for the money, housekeeping weekly, utilities included. Three meals a day served in the two story dining room, the day I was there they had a musician playing for the seniors and they were loving it. Care giving services are an individual basis and the families hire them. Always things to do with the calendar pretty full. A library, exercise room, fireplace lounge, party rooms, chapel, wellness center, hair salon, rehab services in the building. Lot's of activities, games, trips and even cable TV included in the rental fees, which were pretty reasonable.
