Lease termination fees are exorbitant.

If there is any chance of not fullfilling your lease do not move here. 60 days notice plus 2 months rent to terminate early, no excuses. Units are aging, standard kitchen has cheap fridge and stove. Maintenance and staff are very good.

Two of the great things about Sonoran Terraces are the management staff and the maintenance team. This maintenance group is hard to beat. Recently I had a water heater replaced. The assistant manager came to my unit within minutes of my call to get a visual on the problem I described. Shortly after that Carlos came in and started the work and Chad (maintenance) joined him. Apartment complex advertises as "Luxury" but it doesn't have one inch of luxury inside the apartment. They use cheap matetials like the vinyl floor. About 3 months in my lease the "plastic" floor is torn with the dining chairs in which the apartment staff recommneds me fixing so that I don't get charged. I pay $50 dlls to the maintenance team from another complex and they fix it. Now that my lease is over and I leave the apartment the cheap floor is damaged once again, but management doesn't let ...

me fix it and they charge me $385 dollars to fix about 16 sq ft of cheap plastic flooring. Not even real wood floor would cost that amount. If you love the clubhouse and vegetation of this complex like me, make sure you choose carpet instead of plastic vinyl.

This is an outstanding apartment complex. I have lived here for over two decades and am the fourth-longest resident in the place. The clubhouse area was recently renovated, and now features a theater, a computer lounge, a pool table, shuffleboard, a large clubhouse area with a kitchen, and a massive outdoor barbecue area near the main swimming pool, with a huge TV. well-maintained, and the management staff is helpful and friendly. The apartments are spacious, comfortable, and most have outstanding views. The apartment complex is easy walking distance to a Walmart Supercenter, as well as a mall that features a superb movie theater, a huge Barnes & Noble Bookstore, and other fine shops. There is also an Albertson's grocery store and a Walgreens pharmacy nearby. And yet the apartment complex is not so close to these as to be bothered by any noise from them, and in fact there are no other buildings directly next door to the complex. This really is a great place to live.

Everything about these apartments, the individual apartments, the managers, the maintenance team, is geared towards this not being simply a residence but a true home for every renter. Rent is reasonable and water and trash are bundled into the monthly fee. We are within walking (or rolling) distance from our local mall and restaurants. Our 4 year old granddaughter loves coming here, it's like her second home. After 30 years of both homeownership and condo leasing we have found a home that we are delighted with.

I recently graduated from the U of A and began working there, but I wanted a quiet place after living in student housing. Sonoran Terraces is amazing! I just moved in and already love the environment. They are pet friendly and my dog loves all the grass around the complex, and the people in the office are extremely pleasant.

We love living at Sonoran terraces. The staff, from upper management to office staff and maintenance are pleasant and give excellent customer service in a timely manner.
