Never had a problem
August 12, 2020Maintenance was quick, Jessica and megan in the office were always pleasant and professional. I never saw mice in the 6 years I was there and apt was never broken into. It's close to Walmart and there is a fitness center and pool. Pretty good deal for the money.Property Manager Responded

Ready to move
September 18, 2016Things were good until recently. It used to be pretty quiet. Now a group of disrespectful children are always outside and are very vulgar and loud. At times vehicles have a hard time getting through because they will not move. I would mention it to the parent but I've never seen them. I'm not even sure if they live out here. They throw trash everywhere. I was planning on signing on for another year but instead I'm looking elsewhere.Review from Apartments.com

September 29, 2015Me and my wife have been living in Sophia's place west for about a year. I'll give you the pros and cons about Sophia's place west. Pros you can pay rent online and put in repair tickets ( they respond to them very quickly) the bedrooms are spacious, the master bedroom has a walk in closet and if you have a 2 bedroom two bath the master bedroom also has a bathroom attached. You have your own full size washer and dryer, and you don't pay for water here. The kitchen is spacious enough for us to ...have a small eating area, and the dinning area is a good size. The location is nice it's close to the mall and your major grocery stores. And last but not least the price is not bad at all, for what me and my wife have with Sophia's place west people I know spend hundreds more renting somewhere else. We have new ownership and they did a lot of renovations. The only con I have is the first day we moved in we had a leak from the upstairs apartment and it took them awhile to fix it. besides that no complaintsRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great for our family
September 21, 2015Hello! This apartment is perfect for our family of 5 and 2 small doggies. We love the convenience of having a full size washer and dryer and hardwood flooring. We also love that it is near major stores and highways. The neighborhood is good and we live closer to our families and my husbands job. That's a huge blessing. Sophia's Place West
September 19, 2015I've lived in Sophia's place west for about a year. I don't have anything too bad to say about it. The neighbors aren't loud and obnoxious. The renters office is very helpful, they respond pretty quick to emails. You can pay your rent online and put in maintenance requests. The apartments are pretty spacious and the price a month is reasonable, we just had a lot of outside renovations done, so the outside looks great also. Quiet Neighborhood

New Ownership
August 14, 2015When I moved in my apartment was named Scotch Hills. Now it is Sophia's Place West. The new company is making some great changes. I am looking forward to the new club house. August 7, 2015Have been a resident since June, 3013. Very convenient location. As a senior, have always felt safe. Very quiet. Love my deck! BEST of all, the maintenance.
