If I could give it a zero I would

This place is absolutely awful. We have lived with no hot water for over two months, and no solution. Maintenance would show up to "fix" this issue but in turn make it worse. Their messing with our electrical panel caused our electric bill to skyrocket from $120/mo to $647.63 in our last months here. Needless to mention we have lived with black mold that got painted over, cockroaches, as well as sewage backed up into our sink and dishwasher that didn't get fixed for close to four months. Landlord ...
is unresponsive, rude, and accusatory. Will fine you for "turning away maintenance" when I gladly let them into my apartment. Lastly, terminated our lease and gave us two weeks notice to vacate the property due to them not wanting to fix the maintenance problems we had and trying to find false problems to accuse us of. DO NOT LIVE HERE I CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH!
