I have lived under there management at South Palm Place apartments in Tamarac Florida for 2 years and i have had nothing but issues with Kapital management they are the company who does the service for the properties at south palm place . My washer and dryer haven't worked properly since we moved in we thought it was a simple fix but clearly we need a new washer and dryer. i have black mold growing in my bathroom. The A/C unit has stopped working multiple times and as of 02/07/2020 we currently ...

dont have A/C im very disappointed and i feel cheated and hurt . If they were willing to help i wouldn't be writing this review but they haven't even given us the slightest attention when it comes to helping my living situation i work very hard and im only 24 years of age trying to make ends meet. But this is ridiculous do yourself a favor DO NOT RENT HERE PLEASE LISTEN TO ME !
