    Takes pets. Great central location. In unit washer and dryer a bonus. Chrissy and other staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. With inflation, prices very fair for what you get and for location.

    We have lived here for close to a year and we have had some many maintenance issues. The area is beautiful and around a lot of entertainment but overall you over paying for a place that seems to fall apart every week.

    Overall, my apartment is pretty cool. Its situated close to shopping and entertainment. Pretty much anything you think you wanna do, you can do pretty quickly in Southgate. The apartment complex recently changed management and maintenance. Its too early for me to have any credible judgement on them. My unit works for me but I am lucky I have cool neighbors because the walls are pretty thin. My assumption is that they would have to knock the building down and rebuild to be able to do anything ...
    about that. Last Winter's snow removal was pretty terrible but again we have new management so hopefully that will improve this year to go along with the $30 increase in my rent. (Yeah, I'm not real happy about that)

    I have loved her for 3 years. Quiet community, nice size apartments. Love the full sized washer and dryer in my apartment. Another nice amenity is the central air. Walls are thin but neighbors pretty quiet so it works out.

    I didn't end up with the opportunity to move there (somehting happened on my end) but the whole application process, showing of the apartment, answering of questions, etc. was top-notch. The apartment I saw was clean, the noise was at a minimum, and after several drive-bys at different points of the day/week I decided it would be the perfect apartment. I would recommend anyone to at least check it out.

    The general area seemed congested and I didn't appreciate the shared entrance once I arrived. Prior to my visit I had an open mind about the shared entrance, but upon further review; I decided to look elsewhere.
