After having lived in three other apartment complexes, I moved into South Roanoke Apartment Village almost 25 years ago -- and have never had any desire to leave. The apartments are well laid-out, the rents are reasonable, and the management and maintenance staff have always been very attentive and helpful. Security is also a plus. All apartments are accessed through interior hallways, and the building entrance doors are locked at night. At least two restaurants are within easy walking distance. ...

I moved here after previous apartment complex raised my rent $150/month. Friendly neighbors. Management and maintenance staff are very friendly, respond relatively quickly to maintenance issues and show us they appreciate us being their tenants. They even had a community event on Veteran's Day to acknowledge the veterans in the community as well as honoring the ones who have passed and currently serving. I have lived in other apartment complexes and this one is definitely the best. I plan on ...
