Very unprofessional

Came in to redo an application. Front desk ladies were very unprofessional, didn’t explain everything ahead of time. when I asked them to clarify somethings, all I received was attitude, and they were acting like it was too much to clarify. I was told that I could bring paperwork, that they didn’t inform about, back to the office. When I was explaining my circumstances, I was told I’m being denied due to complaints. Very unprofessional, very unhelpful.

Currently living. Here It is infested w/ bed bugs and roaches they do not warn you before allowing you to move it but yet are extra strict and quick to take your money before you even see the place. They don’t care if you have new born babies they expected you to live in a home w/ bed bugs or roaches in which you did not bring them w/ you they have no remorse for yur belonging or you DO NOT MOVE HERE IM WARNING YOU NOW
