    SpringHill Apartment is a nice complex in Overland Park. I lived here going on 9 months. My oven & fridge was on the fritz, and i received brand new, high quality oven and refrigerator. Maintenance guys have always respectful and responsive to my service orders. I am a hybrid worker & my complex area is pretty quiet & plenty of washer, dryers on site which is good for me since my unit does not have a washer/dryer. I would give SpringHill Apartments a look if you want price fare rental price, ...

    I have been a renter for most of my adult life. I have had good landlords and some bad ones. I must say that Valerie, Jessica and the staff here are , by far, the most courteous, friendly and caring individuals. They are more than managers, they have also, become friends. They actually care about the tenants' as people and not just numbers to fill vacancies. i never have to worry about getting anything fixed. The maintenance staff is right on top of it. I would definitely recommend Springhill ...

    I have lived here for 2 1/2 years, I was going to leave after my 1st years lease was up, because the management was horrible, the maintenance crew only did temporary fixes and never showed up to complete the work. When I went to give my notice I met Valerie the new manager she had just started, we started talking.I told her my issues of why I did not want to lease with Springhill again,Valerie totally understood my reason for wanting to leave, she also told me about the changes that will be ...
    happening within the year I got excited and finally felt we have a manager that truly cares about her tenants! I stayed and actually I am on my 3rd year lease with Springhill. I love living here! Our maintenance team is amazing now!! Thank you Michael and Chance! It's so wonderful not having to worry if they are going to show up, they make sure the work is completed in a very quick time frame. Thank you Valerie and Jessica for making this community great to call my home! The changes coming are fantastic, the location is fabulous also!! I am a happy resident!
