I just moved in this weekend and love my new place so far. It was a longer process due to having some hiccups with the verification process, but the leasing staff worked with me and guided me through to make sure that everything was received. The leasing staff was great to work with and I’m happy to be part of this community.

Very noisy neighbors and gates are never fixed. A lot of potholes in the roadways and dog parked is not kept up with at all. Haven’t had to many issues with maintenance, only a few times water went off. Front desk ladies are very nice and friendly

The community area is nice and forested. Amenities like the pool are driving distance, but we can walk around a pond in our backyard. We just moved in and our apartment had some roaches though. Their administrative fee payment was confusing since we had to go to Walmart to pay there.

I have no big complaints. Maintenance is always on top of requests, neighbors are nice, and rent is affordable. My only issue is the front gates haven’t worked in months but I’ve recently seen maintenance working on them.

We are very thankful and happy to move in our new place we was treated with hospitality and respect as soon as we stepped in the leasing office greeted by ms. Diamond Gonzalez and the other young lady they both really helped me and my wife with our application and a few days after that visit we were moving in.. so far it’s an amazing place I love the lake view and it’s convenient for our jobs

I like my apartment, it's location, and my neighbors. My rent is reasonable and the maintenance has improved since I have here over the past 3 years. Very happy with the maintenance staff especially since it's my main reason I rent vrs buying a house. The issues I have is the mail trash bins not cleaned daily but that's not a requirement. Some residents and their kids are throwing trash on the ground over the weekend, damaging the back gates causing it to be locked while getting fixed and ...
throwing dog waste bags in the mail trash bins. Most of the issues are more the residents than the apartments staff, so my overall experience is very good.

Had hiccups with roaches in the beginning, had to hire an external exterminator company- the parking is a huge issue in my area. Gates never work properly. Super close to my family and super close to the highway. Lived in Arlington my whole life.
