February 1, 2026The staff has been wonderful, but the condition of my apartment has been below expectations. The unit was not truly move-in ready—I’ve only had heat for 2 of the 14 days I’ve lived here, the dryer didn’t work during my first week, and several maintenance issues were present, including a leaking kitchen sink, poor window insulation, incorrect A/C filter size, and areas that should have been sealed before move-in. Amenity hours, especially for the gym and laundry, aren’t practical for residents ...who work later, and the gym is not open from 9a–9p as advertised. I was also told the front gate was being worked on, but I haven’t seen anyone working on it or any progress at all. The exterior of several buildings needs pressure washing due to heavy pollen buildup, and the pool furniture is extremely worn down and should be replaced. At a quick glance, it’s a pretty and so far safe community, but I recommend future residents ensure the unit is fully renovated and functional before moving in.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
