Maintenance and office employees are very nice, the lake is clean and everyone is nice. They keep the trash clean and apartment clean as well

Nice area, walkable the area, close to freeways and shopping, and nice neighborhood. Does not feel like it’s within the city because of all the trees pretty quiet Parking is OK.

So far I Love it. If anything happens they have been out immediately and fixed the issue. I have a loud neighbor but only one run in with that. I hope it’s not an every weekend thing.

The location is gated and tucked away which makes it quiet but surrounded by plenty of shopping options. The staff is helpful and friendly. There is a variety of amenities.

We recently moved in and so far it’s been amazing! The front office is great, and the environment is very peaceful. We had a couple issues when we first moved in that were fixed that day. 10/10 recommend!

I try to keep to myself, but I do like meeting new people. It's really nice and quiet for the most part, except when the kids above us wake up. The parents let them run around stomping the floor for hours, while we trying to rest. Other than that everything is good. I have no complaints besides that. I also like that they have all the things me and My wife and my brother love 5? for sure
