    The only 2 tings has bodered me are that my garage got vandal and the noise above my apartment that won't stop every 2-3 days. Other than that I'm happy in my bubble, work from home, have enough space for my husband, baby, my dog and myself. The maintainance guys will be there if not te same day you put the request the next day. Thanks!

    The front pool is always closed. If you’re a day late with payment they’re quick to hop in your inbox. Services request not always met, sometimes have to put it in twice.

    The pools are not kept up. Constantly green, garbage in them or closed. I haven’t been to the pool since Memorial Day weekend last year and when I tried about a month ago, they were closed by the health dept. The gates are constantly broken and closed. The back gate which is more convenient and safe to get out of is LOCKED and can’t get out. Why can the front gate remain open but not the back? We risk our lives trying to cross left onto Merrill and now there’s construction on Merrill making it ...
    more dangerous. Open the back gate! The quality of people allowed to move in has gone down too. Partying all night til 3am, swinging on the volleyball net and trash everywhere and they don’t seem to care their bag fell off their car on the way to the dumpster.

    It is ok, understand pool is under construction . Last year we only had one pool available. Repairs are done in timely manner. Lawn care comes too early, wakes you up in your day off. Only one trash dump place offered. Staff is friendly.

    Move in went nice. Any issues I had first day were addressed and the things that weren't, were put on a list immediately. Felt like there was a lot of care from the office.

    Leasing office is amazing and the nature scenery is very relaxing. Love it here! Yes, there are bugs galore, but that is what happens when you live in the south and you're surrounded by beautiful trees. It's a very small con compared to all of the large pros of this complex.

    Nice place to live. Feels like you are in the countryside not in the city. Neighborhood is great. Close to stores to get necessities. Walkable neighborhoods and streets.

    The rear gate is never working and every summer the pools will make you sick from them not cleaning them. There is lots of algae in the pools. The leafs never get picked up they just keep getting piled up. The lakes are disgusting and look like they have never been cleaned. The management team is awesome but the grounds are falling behind.
